Job Description-
As an Internet Marketing Executive, a selected candidate would be placed in one of the departments based on the candidates’ aptitude and skill sets identified during the course of the selection process(Written and Direct.)
Based on performance and learning, they could also get opportunities to work in all spectrums of Internet Marketing available within the organization.
Inter-Departmental learning is based purely on Aptitude and Drive of each individual.The role of Internet Marketing Executive irrespective of the department that he/she is working in is as below-

1.Increasing relevant traffic to websites (clients websites and company owned)through one or all of the below activities
*Organic search engine listings
*Social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
*Blogs
*Email marketing
*Paid Ad Campaigns
*Classifieds and Directory Listings
2.Generate leads from the traffic generated to the websites via the above by use of smart engagement and call-to-action.

Search Engine Optimization includes exposure to or experience in the below-
*Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues.
*Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales.
*Researching keywords using tools. Should be able to do both on-page and off page optimization.
*Competitor Analysis, Keyword Research, Content analysis, Meta title analysis & writing and Managing Google Analytics
*On site and off site SEO work, Maintain Blog and Forum which should be regularly updated.
*Should have good knowledge of Social media Network ( Facebook, Twitter) Marketing.
*Fan Page building and Twitter updates
*Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation Issues on the website
*Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest.
*Work with content writers to drive SEO parameters in content creation for websites
*Work in close coordination with the Sales team, Website Design and Development Team
*Content writers in order to ensure good results for the clients.

Social Media Department includes exposure or experience in the below-

*Creative abilities to make catchy slogans, creative drawings, art work, etc.

*Contributes to the implementation of any new functionality or enhancements to social networks and assures consistent brand presence and reputation
