- The theme for the competition will be disclosed only 5 minutes before it begins.Participants are expected to bring their own items such as pens, ink, brushes, paint, etc.
- The allotted duration for the competition will not exceed 2 hours.
- Contestants will be supplied with Watercolour Paper, 300 GSM, A5 size, containing 25% cotton.
