Tug of war(Corporate Vadam Vali Tournament – CVVL)

• Registration fee: Min: Rs 1000 /- (All the registration fees collected from these events will be used for Progressive Techies’ initiatives to rebuild homes for Wayanad victims. Please contribute the maximum amount you can for this cause )
• Each team should consist of a maximum of 9 people, of whom a maximum of 7 can participate at a time
• Maximum weight for men’s team will be 530 KG
• Maximum weight for women’s team will be 480 KG
• The entire event will be organized under the guidance of the Ernakulam Tug of War Members Welfare Association. Barefoot or boot is allowed.
• In each category, a company is limited to a maximum of three teams.
• A substitute player’s weight must be 5 KG less than the Replaced player’s weight.
• A maximum of 64 registrations will be accepted in each category on an FCFS basis.
• The last date to submit the registration will be 6th September.
• Tarrangam Style Tug Of War not allowed(Kulukk Vali)
• The decisions of the judging committee would be final and binding.

Pookkalam

• Registration fee: Min: Rs 500 (All the registration fees collected from these events will be used for Progressive Techies’ initiatives to rebuild homes for Wayanad victims. Please contribute the maximum amount you can for this cause )
• The competition will start sharp at 8.30 AM and end at 11:30 AM. The total time allotted is 3 hours, which includes designing.
• The teams shall consist of seven members.
• Participants may bring their pookalam designs as Cutouts if needed
• There is no restriction on the number of entries per company. A company can participate with as many entries as it wants
• Participants can be in traditional attire.
• After finishing poookalm, Team can keep Nirapra, Nilavilak, and other traditional items
• The pookkalam should have an outer circular geometric pattern.
• The diameter of the Pookalam should not exceed 1.25 meters and should be within the allotted space.
• Only natural flowers and leaves are allowed. Artificial colors flowers and leaves should not be used
• Theme or concept-based designs are allowed.
• Permanent Markers and other things that could harm the floor are not permitted.
• The respective team is responsible for clearing the allotted space without any damage
• Tentative area for the competition will be all Inforpark Buildings
• Any selected person from the company can address the judges.
• A maximum of 70 registrations will be accepted on an FCFS basis.
• The last date to submit the registration form will be 6th September.
• The decisions of the judging committee would be final and binding.

Onapattu

• Registration fee: Min: Rs 250 (All the registration fees collected from these events will be used for Progressive Techies’ initiatives to rebuild homes for Wayanad victims. Please contribute the maximum amount you can for this cause )
• Total performance time: less than 8 minutes including setup time.
• Karaoke, instruments, and Shruthi Box are allowed.
• The team can use properties to convey their theme.
• Maximum 10 participants in a team.
• Film songs are permitted.
• A company may have a maximum of two registrations.
• A maximum of 20 registrations will be accepted on an FCFS basis.
• The last date to submit the registration form will be 6th September.

Malayali Manka / Kerala Sreeman

• Registration fee: Min: Rs 100 (All the registration fees collected from these events will be used for Progressive Techies’ initiatives to rebuild homes for Wayanad victims. Please contribute the maximum amount you can for this cause )
• First Round: Primary screening applies to the participants on a prior date
• The last date to submit the registration form will be 4th September.
• 20 contestants(10 from each) will be shortlisted for the Main stage finale
• Shortlisted contestants will be announced through the Instagram handle of Progressive. techies
• Final Round – Ramp Walk, Self-Introduction, Q&A
• Language: The competition will be conducted primarily in Malayalam

General Rules

• The decisions of the judging committee would be final and binding.
• Registration Fee will not be refunded in any case including cancellations
• All IT Companies are welcome to register.
• The committee reserves the right to modify any event without prior notification.
